Aubergine aims to create employment models that work for autistic people, supporting autistic artists, and designing spaces that prioritise accessibility from the ground up. Through practical solutions, we’re proving that when we build for autistic inclusion, we create environments where everyone benefits.
Working or volunteering for Aubergine means a neurodivergent, non judgmental, nurturing environment

Recognising Strengths
“Aubergine gives neurodivergent and LGBTQ people a space where they feel they can be themselves. Aubergine recognises strengths more than other organisations might. Working at Aubergine means I can take buses and trains on my own now.
I like it as an organisation being really looking at people’s strengths, including people being vegan - with Aubergine being vegan, when I heard about that I knew I wanted to work there. I take my hat off to Selena when they were in that situation, instead of being on the dole all their life they said “I can make a job where autistic people are recognised”
